Budapest, 13th district

  • Be accountable for driving large scale, high impact quality improvements with minimal supervision within the OTC function
  • Promote and manage the TQM framework within the SSC, conduct trainings for the employees, ensure internal projects are done according to the TQM methodology
  • Act as a contact point for Budapest and in-country teams, represent the organization on special projects
  • Lead and support cross-functional project teams to identify problems, map processes, analyze data, develop and implement solutions to address root cause(s)
  • Continuously track and follow up projects done by the SSC teams
  • Be responsible for supporting compliance, approval verification and quality control review
  • Coordinate continuous improvement in ERP system design and functionality to support the AR function
  • Support the creation and maintenance of adequate internal controls across Accounts
  • Receivable in alignment with the companys protocol and business process optimization
  • Act as a backup for creating standard customer reports for sales representatives, managers, customers and occasionally for contracting and marketing departments
  • University or College degree preferably in Economics or Finance related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management gained in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent English knowledge is required, any other language is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of TQM or other process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, preferably in OTC field
  • Oracle/SAP knowledge is a must!
  • Customer focus mind-set and excellent communication and presentation skills
