Munka leírása, feladatok


General description

- Preparation/collection of service deliverables (acc. to service description) in timely manner and analysis of results and delivery to internal customer

- Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems

- Suggestions for process improvements

- Communicate with and coordinate internal customers (e.g. countries and various business units)

- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter

- Support team leader in optimization of processes and products

- Guide and coach junior controllers and train new team members



Accountabilities

- Deal support controlling of international deals covering all project lifecycle including sales cycle

- Analysis of costs and invoicing

- Alignment of new contracts with legal and financial requirements

- Customer contract controlling - cost validation based on checking orders, accruals and forecasts

- Report results to senior management

Elvárások


Education

- University education in Computer Science or Business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

- At least 4 years of professional experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit

Languages

- English: B2 - mandatory

- German: advantage

Others

- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit

- SAP or comparable Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system knowledge - advanced

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - advanced

- Strong analytical and decision making skills

- Ability to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Ability to dig for details and work on challenging subjects
